How to publish your brackets and schedule

Publishing decides who can see your event. Brackets usually go out weeks before
the schedule.

Open the event’s Overview page and find Publishing.

Brackets

Turn on Brackets published. Teams can then see who is in which group, with
no game times. Click Copy link to share it.

Schedule

Schedule published has three settings:

  • Off: nobody can see the schedule, standings or divisions.
  • Preview: only people with the preview link can see it, marked as a
preview, with no account needed. Use it to let a few coaches or your board
check the schedule first. If the link gets passed around, switch to Off and
    back to replace it.
  • On: public. Anyone with the link, or a search engine, can see it.

Click Copy link next to it for the preview or public link. Families can
also follow the event in the free GOAT Tourney app.

Things to know

  • Publishing sends nothing to anyone. Tell your teams yourself (see “How to
    email your teams”).
  • A mock schedule cannot be published. Build a real schedule first.
  • Changes you make after publishing show on the public schedule.
