A team that registers through your link waits for you. Only accepted teams are
placed in divisions and get games, so accept every team you want in the event.
Accepting is always your decision; we never accept a team for you.
Open Teams in the sidebar. The Status column shows “Waiting for the
director”, “Accepted” or “Declined”.
One team
Click Accept or Decline on the team’s row.
Several teams at once
- Change the All statuses filter to Waiting for the director.
- Tick the teams you want.
- Click Accept N teams or Decline N teams.
Things to know
- If you chose “A team must have paid before I can accept it”, Accept is
refused for a team that has not paid yet. - A team already placed in a bracket cannot be declined. Take it out of the
bracket on the Divisions page first. - The payment badge on each row (“Paid $X”, “Not paid”, “Fee waived”, “Paid
offline”) tells you where each team stands.
