Publishing decides who can see your event. Brackets usually go out weeks before
the schedule.

Open the event’s **Overview** page and find **Publishing**.

**Brackets**

Turn on **Brackets published**. Teams can then see who is in which group, with
no game times. Click **Copy link** to share it.

**Schedule**

**Schedule published** has three settings:

- **Off** : nobody can see the schedule, standings or divisions.
- **Preview** : only people with the preview link can see it, marked as a
preview, with no account needed. Use it to let a few coaches or your board
check the schedule first. If the link gets passed around, switch to Off and
back to replace it.
- **On** : public. Anyone with the link, or a search engine, can see it.

Click **Copy link** next to it for the preview or public link. Families can
also follow the event in the free GOAT Tourney app.

**Things to know**

- Publishing sends nothing to anyone. Tell your teams yourself (see “How to
email your teams”).
- A mock schedule cannot be published. Build a real schedule first.
- Changes you make after publishing show on the public schedule.
